Foreign Language and Informatics Center (IFLC) – Ca Mau Branch

IFLC is the language- and IT-training arm of Bình Dương University, offering programmes from kindergarten English through IELTS, plus international certificates in ICT. Its Ca Mau campus delivers modern, communicative courses in small classes and partners with leading exams such as IELTS, Linguaskill, MOS and ICDL to raise local skills and employability.
