You don’t need prior approval. Simply create a job post from your dashboard; it will be reviewed by our team after it goes live.
At minimum you must include the Job Title,Location, and Institution Name.
Free listings appear instantly but may be taken down if they violate our rules. Paid listingsbecome visible immediately after Stripe confirms the payment.
Not yet. Each job must be posted individually; bulk upload may be added later.
A Featured post pins your listing at the top of search results, dramatically increasing visibility over Standard posts.
Not yet, but we plan to add an “Urgent” tag in the future.
Currently they appear first‑come first‑serve. We intend to switch to a random shuffle for fairness in a future update.
A full Resume Database is coming soon. Until then, you can view a candidate’s profile instantly when they apply to your job.
Yes. Candidates receive a notification if you view or save their profile.
We accept the following currencies: AUD, USD, EUR, JPY, TWD, CNY, KRW, HKD, VND, SGD, INR, AED, THB, and IDR. Stripe performs any necessary conversions.
At present we accept major credit and debit cardsvia Stripe.

No—each new post must be created from scratch.
Yes. You can edit any active post from your dashboard (title, description, salary, etc.).
No—edits do not affect the original expiry date or ranking.
Delete the post from Dashboard → Job Listings.
