EMG Education is seeking experienced and dedicated Academic Managers to join our growing team across key departments:
· Primary Department
· Secondary & High school English Department
· Secondary Maths & Science Department
· High School Maths & Science Department
The successful candidates will carry out tasks assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors and Academic Management Board related to the management, coordination, and quality assurance of academic programmes.
Each Academic Manager will focus on curriculum management and coordination within their respective department, supporting curriculum implementation, teacher development, and quality assurance to ensure academic coherence, consistency, and excellence in teaching and learning.
1.Job Description
- Support the Academic Management Board in the planning, coordination, and oversight of academic programmes across assigned grade levels and subject areas.
- Support with the continuous improvement of curriculum documents, ensuring alignment with chosen curriculum partners.
- Monitor curriculum implementation, collecting feedback and identifying areas for improvement in teaching and learning practices.
- Provide guidance and academic support to ensure high-quality lesson planning, delivery, and assessment.
- Participate in the development and quality control of academic materials, including curriculum frameworks, schemes of work, teaching guides, and assessment materials.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of professional development programmes for teaching and academic staff, particularly in curriculum delivery.
- Collaborate with the Assessment and Digital Learning teams to ensure alignment between curriculum objectives, assessment strategies, and digital learning initiatives.
- Conduct regular observations to maintain quality assurance across the assigned department.
- Perform other academic and administrative duties as assigned by the Board of Directors or Academic Management Board.
2.Job Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher. A postgraduate qualification (PGCE, MA in Education, MA in linguistics or equivalent) is preferred.
- Have at least five years of experience in academic management, curriculum coordination, or a related role in international or bilingual education.
- Demonstrated understanding of curriculum design, implementation, and quality assurance processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Experience supporting or managing teachers in a multicultural academic environment.
- Familiarity with international education systems (e.g., Edexcel, Cambridge or CEFR-aligned programmes).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess qualities of diligence, flexibility, open-mindedness, cultural sensitivity, and patience.
- Clear background check required.
3.What EMG offers (Salary and Benefits)

- EMG will provide a sponsor letter for a proper visa, however, the employee is responsible for the cost of the visa;
