ESL/EFL teacher

Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and dedicated ESL/EFL Teachers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will create a dynamic and engaging learning environment for students of different ages and levels, ensuring that each learner develops confidence and skill in English communication.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare teaching materials (e.g., PPTs, IMs) and ensure smooth lesson flow.
• Follow the provided course outline and deliver lessons enthusiastically.
• Assign and check homework to support student progress.
• Conduct mini quizzes and short tests to assess understanding.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit different student levels and learning styles.
• Encourage student participation and maintain classroom engagement.
• Maintain discipline and a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate professionally with co-teachers, Class Managers, and Branch Managers.
• Conduct and grade quarterly exams fairly, ensuring academic integrity.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and track their progress.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, workshops, and branch activities.
• Exhibit professionalism, positive energy, and respect toward students, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, English, or related field preferred)
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is an advantage
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Strong sense of professionalism and responsibility
