About the role

Pu Tai Senior High School (Puli, Nantou) seeks full-time teachers for English Literature, History, and Biology across grades 7–12 for the 2025–2026 school year. Start date: February 1, 2026. The school operates a bi-weekly schedule and provides Chinese vegetarian meals on campus.

Responsibilities

  • Teach assigned subject (English Literature, History, or Biology) following school curriculum.
  • Plan lessons, assess learning, and maintain academic records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities.
  • Provide student support consistent with a private boarding school environment.

Schedule

  • Working hours: 07:40–11:55 and 13:20–17:15.
  • Teaching load: 22 class hours per week (50 minutes per period).
  • Contract: 12 months; renewable by mutual agreement.
