About the role
- Teach IELTS-focused classes aligned to current exam requirements and assessment criteria.
- Plan engaging lessons that develop listening, reading, writing and speaking skills with explicit exam strategies.
- Contribute to IELTS preparation materials and schemes of work.
Responsibilities
- Use assessment data to inform planning and interventions.
- Track progress and provide personalised feedback across all IELTS bands.
- Organise exam-prep sessions for students and parents and communicate registration timelines.
- Collaborate with the English department and SLT on literacy support.
- Engage in safeguarding, pastoral and co-curricular initiatives consistent with school values.
