About the role

EMASI Nam Long is seeking Native English Teachers for Elementary classes in Ho Chi Minh City. This position requires creating a student-centred, stimulating classroom environment and delivering high-quality lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Provide a disciplined, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
• Plan, teach, and assess lessons using best practices that support active participation and critical thinking.
• Develop detailed lesson records and provide feedback in line with school policy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development.
• Monitor student progress and liaise with Subject Leads and SEN coordinators when needed.
• Participate in performance management, parent-teacher conferences, staff meetings, and extracurricular activities.
• Support school policies, assist with moderation of classwork and examinations, and perform pastoral and administrative duties.
• Promote the school positively both within and outside the community.
• Substitute for absent colleagues and share playground/lunch duties as required.

Schedule

• Full-time, on-campus teaching role.

Requirements

• Native English speaker.
• Bachelor’s degree and teaching qualification preferred.
• Experience in teaching elementary learners and strong classroom management skills.

Benefits

• Salary up to 70,000,000 VND per month (based on qualifications and experience).
