King Eikaiwa is hiring a bilingual professional fluent in both Japanese and English for a dual role that combines teaching and school management. The position involves teaching English conversation and test preparation classes for EIKEN and TOEIC, while also managing daily school operations such as reception, scheduling, and student counseling. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys both classroom teaching and leadership responsibilities, with the chance to make a direct impact on students’ language development while gaining experience in educational management.


Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong English proficiency, TOEIC 850 or higher recommended
  • Previous experience working at an English conversation school preferred
  • Overseas living experience is an advantage
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English


Working Hours

  • Tuesday to Friday: 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
  • Saturday: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
  • 3 to 4 Sundays per year may be required for student presentations or EIKEN test administration


Salary

260,000 to 300,000 JPY per month depending on qualifications and experience
