Are you an experienced early childhood educator ready to lead, inspire, and grow?

Join our bilingual, multicultural kindergarten as Head Teacher and help shape a creative and caring learning environment for children aged 1–6.


Requirements (as per Thai law):

Education

– Bachelor's in Early Childhood or General Education (from a Thai-accredited institution)

Teaching License

– Valid Thai Teaching License

– Temporary License (up to 2 years) can be arranged through us

Experience

– 2+ years of verified teaching in early childhood

– Leadership, curriculum, or supervisory experience is a big plus

Language

– Fluent English is mandatory

– TEFL or other certificates are a bonus


Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum & Methodology

– Develop programs (EYFS, Montessori, STEAM, etc.)

– Plan themes, mentor teachers, supervise classrooms

– Lead meetings, provide feedback, ensure quality

Classroom Role

– Teach 1–2 classes/day

– Support diverse learning needs

– Create a safe, inclusive, engaging space

Team & Parent Communication

– Coordinate staff and daily tasks

– Communicate with parents about child progress

– Help train and onboard new staff
