Salary: 50,000 THB / month + performance/attendance bonuses
Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–16:00 (Fri 07:30 start when meetings occur)
Teaching load: c. 20 contact hours / week
Age range: Nursery (1 y 6 m) to K2 (4 y); first assignment 1 y 6 m – 4 y

Job Description
- Plan & deliver child-centred lessons in Language Arts, early Maths, sensory Science and Creative Arts that align with Dadi’s play-based curriculum.
- Use songs, stories, crafts, outdoor play and learning stations to build vocabulary, phonemic awareness and social-emotional skills.
- Complete weekly formative assessments, maintain digital learning journals, film short review videos and compile termly progress reports.
- Meet parents twice a year; provide daily gate greetings and one morning-reading duty per week.
- Coordinate at least two special events per year (e.g., International Day, Science Fair).
- Work collaboratively with Thai co-teachers, subject specialists and the campus academic mentor to refine planning and behaviour-support strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- Passport holder from a native-English-speaking country.
- Bachelor’s degree (any major; Early-Years/Education advantageous).
- Genuine enthusiasm for play-based early-childhood teaching.
- Strong classroom-management and parent-communication skills.
- Early-years experience or TEFL / TESOL / PGCE EYFS preferred.
