EDISEN Academy is hiring full-time teachers to join the elementary program beginning January 1, 2026. Teachers will be assigned one or two grade levels and will manage their own classrooms. Responsibilities include teaching English through a cooperative learning model, grading and providing feedback on student work, and consulting with students and parents. The curriculum is designed by the EDISEN R&D team and provides teachers with structured guidance and materials.
Requirements
- Four year bachelor’s degree with apostilled diploma
- Eligibility for an E2 or F visa
- At least one year of teaching experience in Korea
- Native level English proficiency
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and punctuality
- Preference for candidates already living in Korea with plans to stay for two years or longer
- Ability to use Korean in consultations is an advantage
Work Hours (Monday to Friday)
- Daechi Campus
- Grade 1: 1:20 pm to 7:40 pm, 8 students
- Grade 2: 1:20 pm to 8:40 pm, 8 students
- Grade 3: 2:20 pm to 9:40 pm, 8 students
- Grade 4: 2:20 pm to 9:40 pm, 12 students
- Grades 5 to 6: 2:30 pm to 9:50 pm, 12 students
- Bundang Campus
- Grades 2 to 5: 2:10 pm to 9:20 pm, 8 to 12 students
Holidays
Approximately 21 days per year according to the academic calendar. Some public holidays are working days.
Salary and Benefits
- Starting salary up to 4,300,000 KRW per month
- Salary negotiable during final interview based on mock class performance
- Severance pay after one year of completed employment
- Housing is not provided
