Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive relationship with managers, co-workers, students, and parents.
- Writing monthly Communication Corners (CC) to parents
- Make decorations for the classroom.
- Lesson plan and prepare additional teaching material.
- Attend school-wide events and activities.
- Comply with school rules, regulations, and policies.
- Maintain a rich, educational, and safe environment for students on school campus.
Academic Responsibilities
- Teach students the Eagle curriculum.
- Follow the teaching schedule that is given to you.
- Prepare for lessons before teaching in a classroom.
- Discipline children in an appropriate manner.
- When students fall behind academically, inform liaisons and come up with solutions.
- Facilitate social interaction Lamont children.
- Give appropriate attention when parents raise concerns regarding student’s progress.
Compensation
-Excellent salary: 17,600 – 26,600 RMB per month
-Housing allowance: 3,000 – 5,000 RMB per month (experience and qualification dependent)
-Performance bonus: 500-1,000 RMB every month (experience and qualification dependent)
-Attendance bonus: 600 RMB per month
-Management allowance: 0 – 4,000 RMB per month (management workload dependent)
-Contract renewal bonus: 2,000 – 5,000 RMB per year (experience and renewal years dependent)
